This traditional old house in Omodos Village, Limassol is now available for sale. Omodos is located about 42 kilometers northwest of the city of Limassol, at an average altitude of 810 meters.
The house is still used as a folklore museum, it is 900 years old (built in the year 1101) and has many objects of folklore value such as a loom, plow, gramophones, four-poster beds, and many other period objects.
The house consists of two floors and an internal courtyard. On the upper floor, it has two large rooms, a large closed veranda, a small open veranda, a kitchen, and a toilet. The lower floor outside the inner courtyard also has two large rooms, a smaller one and a small toilet.
Attached to the house is also a small top-down type house which has three more rooms (one downstairs and two upstairs) and communicates on both floors with the main house and is also available for sale together with the main house.
